I went in for a procedure consultation, but I could not meet a doctor and the consultation was mostly with the manager. The manager seemed like they understood less than I did. For example, they said Tune only works on the shallow layer of the skin, and that something expensive like Thermage was needed for results, but the penetration depth is different, so what they were saying had no credibility at all. If I said I would think about it instead of booking for the same day or doing the same-day procedure, their expression changed instantly;; Still, I guess the doctor must be skilled since there are so many reviews...; The manager consultation was so bad that I am putting it on hold. The director is just too busy.
