First of all, the waiting time was extremely long. I think I waited at least 40 minutes just for the consultation with the manager; they did explain things in detail during the consultation and explained the side effects well. Before the procedure, I got an ice pack compress and then had the injection, and they placed it exactly where it was needed, so the line was cleaned up neatly.
