I had full-face fat grafting, and it has been about half a year, but the forehead area settled in kind of round? and bulgy. It looks worse in places with lighting .. The rest is not bad, and since I do not have much facial fat, I am generally satisfied. The scars from where the fat was harvested have faded a lot. Right after surgery, even if I looked like a plastic surgery monster and thought it was too much the next day, almost all of it really went down. Except for the forehead, about 80 percent or more settled in really beautifully. The temples have 0 retention. The round thing on the forehead is just me
