I had the fat-extraction injection procedure in early February. My arms have kept changing steadily for several months. People around me reaction = nobody knew I had the procedure lol. Reason = I kept working without any days off. Since I started wearing short sleeves lately, everyone has noticed now. It seems like getting it done before summer was a brilliant move 😁 Arm circumference -5 cm in 6 weeks Week 1: 36.5 cm -> Week 8: 29 cm!! The real difference I feel is bigger body size change than circumference. Once the upper arms shrink by almost half, the whole body shape looks slimmer too. I am at the point where I wonder why I did not do it sooner!!!! Some people say there is no dramatic change, but if you have: 1. a lot of fat in the arms 2. a body type where only the upper arms do not lose weight even when dieting then it seems to work really well. The conclusion is, if you are debating it, just do it. I recommend it. It changes day by day!!
