I made an appointment and went, and waited about 15 minutes. I did not have a specific director I wanted, so I got a consultation with the director they recommended. The director was really kind, and it says that in many of the reviews too, but the other places all recommended incisional surgery, while here they said non-incisional would be fine, so I liked that.
