I went in for a consultation about silicone removal, and overall this was a hospital that earned a lot of trust. I visited while worried and nervous because it was a removal surgery, but the staff responded calmly and kindly, which made me feel much more at ease. The consultation with the director was also impressive because they explained clearly why they were proceeding this way and what the options were based on the condition of my nose, without being vague or beating around the bush. As expected, because they have been doing surgeries for a long time
