First I went in and waited a bit, but the consultant was extremely kind and explained everything very well. They recommended other lifting treatments too, but did not push them, and answered all my questions kindly. When I went in for the procedure, the director actually complimented my face, and while doing the treatment, they kept holding a vibration roller next to the area to minimize pain while giving the injections. They also put in more product in the areas I was worried about, so it was a satisfying procedure.
