I had a consultation for revision nose surgery, and there was absolutely no exaggeration, pressure, or pushy sales, and they even did a virtual simulation. But since the virtual simulation is, literally, virtual, it didn't really draw me in? They showed me review photos and said they were the original photos exactly as they were, and the side profile was pretty and the nose looked really sturdy. If you need your nostrils lowered, this feels like a must-go place. Friends also had the nostrils lowered there and were all very satisfied. I showed them the design I wanted and asked if it was possible, and they said it was possible.
