<Before><Before><After (rear)><After (selfie)>I’m on day 11 after silicone on the nasal bridge, nasal tip cartilage tying, and alar reduction. But my nasal tip looks like it’s leaning to one side. At first, I thought my columella was crooked, but I think it’s just an issue with the shape of my nostrils? My parents say it’s a little crooked but okay, and relatives who didn’t know I had surgery saw me yesterday and were surprised, saying something looked prettier, and when I told them, they said it turned out well. Honestly, aside from this nostril thing, I like everything. But no matter how much I search, I can’t find a case like mine lol Could this be fixed with revision surgery? It’s a rare case, so what if I touch it again and make it even worse? Should I get a revision or just live like this.. What should I do

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
