I had double eyelid surgery here, and since I am a man, I asked them to make it as unnoticeable as possible. The outer corners of my eyes were drooping, so I asked them to lift them when doing the double eyelids, but even after surgery they stayed exactly the same. I had the surgery done as a thin inner fold, and for a few months it was fine, but maybe because I am getting older my eyes sagged and the double eyelid got buried. Now you cannot even tell I had double eyelid surgery, and if I open my eyes a little above the eyelid, the inner fold shows. I asked them to lift the outer corners, and they just said okay, but if the double eyelid alone would not be enough, I thought they would explain options like eye correction or lower blepharoplasty, but instead it was just, yes~~~
