Eye Surgery Reviews

I had double incision eye correction, lower eyelid fat repositioning, and nose surgery as a man.

Before my surgery, I received a lot of help and tips from this community, so I wanted to leave my own review as well. [ Pre-surgery condition ] Once I hit my 40s, my eyelids sagged a lot. So when I opened my eyes, I relied heavily on my forehead muscles, and ugly wrinkles kept forming on my forehead. My under-eyes also started to hollow out, and I looked as if accelerated aging had hit me. The more I used my forehead muscles to open my eyes, the more tired my face looked, and hearing people around me say I looked very tired caused even more stress. Then I learned about eye correction and under-eye procedures. Since I was going to be cutting into my face and going through recovery anyway, I decided to get my nose done at the same time. I also spent a lot of time researching online. The conclusion I came to through that research was as follows.1. It is my face, so prioritize skill over price. 2. Choose a private clinic over a large hospital. 3. A surgeon with 10 to 15 years of experience, at their peak, using extensive experience and the latest techniques.4. Specializing in male surgery. Narrowing it down this way left only a few options. After an honest consultation with Director Lee Chian, I decided to proceed with surgery with Director Won.[Recovery after surgery]Surgery list: lower eyelid fat repositioning, double incision eye correction, nose surgery ( hump removal, silicone, donated costal cartilage, septum)After the Saturday surgery ended and I recovered over the weekend, I went to the hospital on Monday and had the gauze inside my nose removed. I started working from Monday afternoon, and it was painful and difficult. Still, it was at a level I could endure and keep working through. Surgery is surgery. On day 4 after the operation, I was extremely swollen and worried a lot, but since then the swelling has been going down day by day. [Currently week 2]Then one week later the splint was removed, and now 2 weeks have passed. Compared with the first week, the swelling and bruising have gone down a lot. However, the area around my eyes and my whole face are still quite swollen, and yellow bruising remains. My appearance is improving as the swelling goes down day by day, so I am looking forward to tomorrow every day. It will still take time before the final result is fully settled, but even with the swelling, I definitely look younger. My eyes are now very comfortable because I no longer have to rely on my forehead muscles. I will share the photos I took.
