Overall, the clinic was big, and since there was an anesthesiologist, the surgery was done under general anesthesia, which alone made me feel reassured. The consultation manager was also kind, but during follow-up care I saw a nurse assistant who seemed to be higher up scolding a new staff member, and it was so awkward... In front of all the patients, that was really not appropriate... I had done a lot of research and had both functional and cosmetic nose surgery together, so I am fairly satisfied with the surgery, but that part felt uncomfortable.
