I went in for a consultation for revision nose surgery. Because it was a revision, I had a lot of things I was curious about and went in with high expectations, but the consultation felt like it ended too quickly, in about 2 minutes. There was almost no explanation about what condition my nose was in, what method would be used if I had revision surgery, or how it might change after surgery, which was disappointing. There wasn’t much time to ask questions either, and overall the atmosphere was one of quickly wrapping things up, so I didn’t feel like I had been consulted sufficiently. So I decided not to proceed at this hospital
