I first consulted with the counselor, then after waiting I saw the director. The hospitals I had visited before said they would support the tip of the nose with septal cartilage + ear cartilage, but here they do not use ear cartilage itself, so they said donated rib cartilage or autologous costal cartilage is absolutely necessary. It was disappointing that I could not choose between ear cartilage and rib cartilage. During the consultation with the director, it felt like the conversation was being held from a somewhat distant position.
