There was almost no consultation. Without even being properly told what procedure I would be having today, they just heard the price and took payment right away. They did not even tell me how long the procedure would take. I also said I wanted to add Aqua Peel, but they said there were too many people being managed and that I had not been informed when booking, so they could not do it.
