The doctor gave off an overall fatherly vibe, so from the very first consultation I felt much more relaxed. His tone was easygoing and he did not push too hard, so I do trust him fairly well. That said, personally it felt like my case had a difficult level of complexity, so rather than moving straight ahead, he seemed to prefer thinking it over several times. For people who want to decide quickly, that might feel a little frustrating. The manager gave a first impression of being a bit forceful, which felt slightly pressuring at first, but when I asked questions, she handled them one by one and explained things in detail. Overall the atmosphere was not bad, and if you are seriously considering surgery, I think this is a place worth consulting at least once. I am considering surgery.
