Went in for a Ruby laser consultation. I kind of knew what to expect, but the chief director's consultation was basically just, there could be side effects, so handle it yourself. There was no consultation or analysis at all about whether the dark spots on my face were melasma or pigmentation. It's not a factory-style clinic, but it has this weird factory-like atmosphere. So I just went to [Clinic A], the famous spot for picking off excess keratin, and got the procedure done there. In any case, I doubt the director's expertise, so I don't think I'll ever go back
