It was my first time going in for a nose consultation, and I went in already knowing that my nose would probably need some nostril reduction and cartilage tying. But here they didn’t recommend cartilage tying, and said it could be done after nostril reduction. The consultation felt like they only recommended what suited me, without pushing anything excessive, and the doctor also shaped my nose while explaining everything kindly and clearly.
