I went after hearing that the director performs surgery naturally and well using a columellar strut technique. The consultation was neither good nor bad, and they were neither especially kind nor unkind. What was good was that unlike other doctors, even when I asked questions related to surgical techniques, they did not get offended at all and answered. However, they recommended both internal and external methods for alar reduction, and said the discount would be much larger if I posted a review in this community
