About a year and a half ago, I had lower blepharoplasty and fat grafting to the cheekbone area, and then my nose seemed like it had become upturned, or maybe it was just age, but the alar base looked like it was sagging very badly, so I looked into alar reduction surgery. After reading the community posts carefully, I booked Hibom and had the surgery~ The manager was very kind, and they did not reduce it too much during surgery. It was done with an incision, and now, 1 year and 6 months later, there is some scar tissue around the surgical mark inside one nostril.
