I had very little fat and a sunken under-eye area, so every hospital that did fat grafting recommended fat grafting to me. After looking around a lot, I eventually decided I did not want fat grafting and had surgery at Orinson, where they solved it with repositioning only. It is still sunken and a bit dark, but because it is flattened out, haha, it is at a level where makeup can cover it, so I am satisfied. Before, it was at a level that even makeup could not hide (and I am pretty good at makeup too..). The downside is that the fine wrinkles around my eyes, which were already there, got worse. If I do my makeup wrong, it gets REALLY cakey. Honestly, I do wonder if I should have gotten fat grafting instead, but for now I am satisfied with it as it is. Leave questions in the comments.
