I visited to get a Pico toning laser after squeezing out a pimple left behind redness, but they recommended Excel V Red Scar instead, so I went ahead with that. I paid for a 3-session package, and there were about 3 or 4 noticeable red marks on my face, but they carefully checked my whole face. Since this is a pigmentation area, it is hard to make it completely disappear in just 3 sessions, but it definitely faded. I am quite satisfied with the procedure itself. But during the consultation, it was not very logically convincing.
