I had heard that the director was unfriendly, so I was a little scared But instead, I liked that they gave clear answers about what could and could not be done I went for a consultation because it was a hospital where an acquaintance had had surgery, and it is one of my final candidates I did not have a nose I wanted to look like through revision, and I wanted something within a safe range and suited to my face, and I liked that they pursued that kind of approach Quite a few hospitals said I would need autologous costal cartilage, but they told me they could reuse existing cartilage / add ear cartilage, so I recommend going for a consultation
