They did give a long explanation about the lower eyelid fat surgery itself, but the surgery fee was too cheap, and when I talked with the manager after speaking with the doctor, the manager said the fat taken from under the eyes was not very good fat, so I started to wonder if this was not fat repositioning but just lower eyelid fat removal surgery.
