I arrived right on time for my appointment, but ended up waiting more than an hour. After the consultation with the manager, they connected me to the director, but I had booked the representative director and came in, yet without any prior notice a different director came in. The manager recommended ptosis correction, incisional double eyelid surgery, and upper canthoplasty, and then the director looked at the chart and said, "You can just do it like this, yes, you can do that." ..I was angry about the wait, angry that a different director came in, and the hospital atmosphere felt too.. how should I put it, like a crowded market, so my trust dropped fast
