Actually, I also saw the director's face when I went for the consultation. Definitely not some overdone beauty work, and you're pretty... so I trusted it more. The consultation manager and the director were both extremely thorough. It felt like it took about 30 minutes. Because I trusted them, I decided to have it done here. They listen well to opinions and questions. They also run a blog, so if I read that thoroughly before going, I think I'd have a lot to ask.
