My nose itself is on the smaller side overall, so I heard a lot of people around me asking why I would even get nose surgery. But since this life is all about self-satisfaction anyway, I was referred to a place that focuses on very natural results and went there. As expected, the director said my nose did not need surgery. There was not much to gain. They said that lol (I think I was the one persuading the director lol..) Maybe my desperation got through, because they looked at it seriously... and decided on a no-implant nose surgery direction.
