My hooked, blunt nose used to stress me out all the time. Because of the bump, I thought my nose tip had a drooping structure too, so I felt like it was a complete mess. Even so, I never once wanted flashy rhinoplasty or anything like that. I only wanted it to look natural!! I wanted no-implant surgery. Autologous cartilage also seemed safe, and it looked like it could create a naturally pretty shape, and since I did not want to overdo anything on my nose, I told Dr. Jung Jinwook at DL Plastic Surgery about my concerns. He said that because my nose had a decent amount of height for a hooked nose, it would be fully possible to do it without implants, which was such a relief haha I had surgery using the septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and since my bridge height was already there, it could look flashy in photos, but it really feels natural without any flashy impression!! haha I am just amazed that such a line can come from a blunt, thick nose haha
