I went in for surgery trusting the doctor’s hands-on skill, but the consultant’s appearance was quite different from other hospitals. How should I put it... she was wearing a gown, but her hair was just pinned up casually, and her face was in mask-on no-makeup mode ~ She did not seem very professional about the consultation. The doctor’s consultation was just so-so, and he seemed rather rushed. And he did not mention autologous costal cartilage. He showed a lot of explanations and photos, but I did not feel drawn into trusting the surgery.
