I like everything. My nose came out nicely and elegantly. I did not shave down the dorsal hump, so it is a little uneven, but that was because I insisted on not shaving it, so I do not have any major complaints. The nose was also done with auricular cartilage, and they fixed it very securely, so even after 1 year and 3 months there has been no sagging. However, because they removed quite a lot from the columella in the design, my face looks a little longer. Still, it improved compared to before, so I am very torn about whether to get revision surgery now.
