It has been almost 4 months since the surgery, and maybe because my face is naturally short in the chin area, the change was not dramatic. I did not have muscle resection, but if you have a lot of facial muscle, I really recommend getting muscle resection too. It is good that the surgery was done naturally so people around me did not notice, but I also think maybe I should have asked them to take more off.
