I went for a consultation for contouring surgery, three areas. The wait was about 40 minutes after I arrived because the previous surgery ran long, and before that there was an additional delay of about an hour. They said they would contact me about the extra delay, but they did not, so I just went. The director seems confident, but also stubborn and not especially kind. If you file a complaint, I think they would probably just act like they do not know. For the zygoma, they say the fixed-side setting means it will not sag no matter what. For the chin, it seems like they like people with a recessed chin. They seem to prefer advancing a recessed chin and dislike setback.
