The director seems confident in under-eye fat repositioning. For lower blepharoplasty or upper blepharoplasty... this does not feel like the right hospital. There were not really any reviews either. It seems like a hospital that mostly does things like that grape-cluster double chin tie-up. The director is also just kind of so-so, polite in a moderate way. The consultation manager explained everything so well and was very kind.. And the pricing seems fixed-rate. That part feels like a differentiator from other plastic surgery clinics.
