I was stressed about my male forehead, and while I was looking into doing just the forehead, after a consultation I changed to full-face fat grafting. It’s the surgery I’ve been most satisfied with, but it feels like only about 5% remains if 100% of the fat is injected, which is a bit disappointing. Still, the director clearly pointed out the areas that needed more filling at the second session and filled them well. Honestly, right now there isn’t a huge before-and-after difference, and it’s only noticeable if you look closely at the subtle changes. The clinic managers were also very kind.
