Here is my week 9 review haha. Based on the things people ask about the most, the current weight is 68.8 kg -> 61.3 kg. Arm circumference is 33 cm -> 26.4 cm! But honestly, I am more satisfied with how my short-sleeve fit changed than with the numbers lol. By week 9, instead of the dramatic drop from the early stage, it feels like the line is settling in naturally. The fibrosis has also become almost unnoticeable, and there is absolutely no discomfort in daily life. I kept stretching regularly and also got low- and medium-frequency treatment plus laser care, and personally I feel like it helped a lot! And the question I get the most is, "Would you do it again if you had to?" and my answer is yes. Especially if you are the type whose fat collects only in the arms, I think the satisfaction level would be pretty high!?? I am also uploading the before-and-after photos for reference.
