It seems like they remove things safely. They said they could remove this much by separating the fat and muscle areas clearly, but I did not feel a dramatic effect, so I started to wonder whether I should have the surgery at all. Still, they said they would make sure I would never have to worry after the operation, and that part made me trust them a little. Also, my back was the area I was worried about, but they said that compared with the money spent, it would not come off that dramatically, and because the skin there is thick, it would regain elasticity again
