First of all, the wait was really long. It seemed like the longest wait among the clinics I consulted with so far. I also saw people waiting next to me complaining. The coordinator and the head doctor were kind and nice, though. They seemed pretty busy, so there were parts where it looked hectic. The doctor didn't force me to do a bunch of things, and they shaped the line really well. More than anything, they explained everything in detail and told me very well what the problem was and what should be done, so my trust in them went up. I still hadn't fully made up my mind, so I didn't have the surgery.
