I do not remember the consultation manager well, but there was one point during the consultation that made me uncomfortable, and the front desk staff overall were rude. The director was incredibly kind and injected very carefully. While lifting and lowering my calves to check the shape, they noticed the asymmetry and injected a larger amount into the more developed side. My legs are the type that swell.
