I had the consultation in the order of manager - doctor - manager. The manager was friendly overall, and the doctor explained things very professionally and in detail. They told me that my eyes were the type that needed fat grafting, and the explanation made sense. They also explained professionally why an incision was necessary, how it would be done, and why it was needed. But during the consultation, there was no mention of ptosis correction, yet it was on the clinic card, so I asked about it and they said that if it were necessary for the patient, they would explain it.
