I visited for a consultation about hump nose surgery without implants. I was sure I had a hump nose, so I wanted a no-implant surgery that would shave down the hump and lift the tip, and that was what I went in for. But instead, they said that silicone would be recommended for the shape I want, and that while no-implant surgery is possible, in that case they would not shave down the hump and would instead have to lift the tip to match it. In short, for my nose, it is not a big nose that needs to be lowered by shaving it down (x), but a small low nose that needs to be raised (o).
