I had rhinoplasty before because my dorsal hump was quite severe, but it became prominent again, as if it had grown back, and the line also sagged at the nasal tip, so I had revision rhinoplasty. I used autologous costal cartilage. In the early period after surgery, the nasal pain was more manageable than expected; only the rib-harvest site felt somewhat sore. Once all the swelling went down and it settled, the dorsal hump was clearly improved, and from every angle my nasal tip looks pretty without a sagging appearance. After undergoing revision rhinoplasty, I definitely felt there was a reason to have it done somewhere skilled.
