When I first visited the hospital, the first thing I felt was that the facility had a friendly feel, and thanks to the pleasant environment I felt much more at ease from the tension I had been carrying. From reception to guidance, all the staff who helped me were kind, so I had a good impression even before the consultation started. The consultation with the director was very impressive, because rather than unilaterally forcing his own aesthetic standards, he kept asking what the patient thought the ideal look was.
