It sounds like they really like advancing the chin, and I think that is true. I do have a slight recessed-chin look, but two other hospitals said advancement was definitely recommended, while here they said it was essential.. They explained everything in great detail, but I was in a situation where I did not have much technical knowledge, and they kept trying to explain it in a question-and-answer style, which made it hard for me. It felt like talking to a teacher; they seemed very confident in themselves, and it did not look like my life would be ruined if I got it done here. They seem more conservative than other hospitals, so I do not think I would get a doll-like line here. The side cheekbones would be cut back significantly, and the 45-degree area and front cheekbones need to remain to some extent so the face looks youthful.
