I had my first natural adhesion / under-eye fat repositioning consultation and surgery. The order was manager, director, manager. The director does not start by explaining things first, but if you ask, they do explain kindly. There was no pushy recommendation either; in fact, when I asked what they thought about canthoplasty because I wanted bigger eyes, they advised against it.
