I had a consultation because I heard this was one of the top three names for nose removal surgery. First of all, during the consultation with the doctor, they did not specifically say whether a full removal was possible in my case or mention anything else that would need reinforcement. I got a consultation for removing the silicone, shaving the nasal bone, and rearranging the cartilage. Later, when I consulted with the manager in the consultation room, I also got a consultation and estimate for revising only the tip of the nose to prevent it from becoming too blunt. The doctor seemed very academic too, even on the blog
