The director seemed like the straightforward, candid type, so I made an appointment hoping to receive an objective evaluation, but for reasons I cannot explain here, I was unable to meet them. If the visit schedule had just been handled properly, this problem would not have happened. They said they would call back, but the call never came, so in the end I had to call again myself and explain the situation from the beginning.
