I went in for a consultation and overall it was good. Since I had a reservation, there was almost no waiting, and the consultation was handled cleanly without dragging on forever. In particular, the director looked at my eye structure in a really detailed way and explained the surgical process in a way that was easy to understand, which I liked. It didn't feel like they were pushing surgery on me no matter what, so I felt more comfortable during the consultation. The staff were friendly too
