The consultation coordinator was just so-so; not particularly kind, but not unkind either... We briefly talked in front, then the doctor came and we talked. When I said I was deliberating between an incisional and buried-suture procedure, the doctor said there was no need for an incision and that buried sutures would be better, then explained that we could set the direction by operating in a way suited to the eye shape I wanted. They were kind and explained in some detail, so it was okay. They did not mention or pressure me about a deposit. They really just said to think it over and contact them, and that was it. I am still deliberating.
