Honestly, the consultation with the director was not bad. I was even thinking about whether to have surgery, but because of the staff here I could not go through with it. I understand that it is a factory-style clinic and that so many people come and go every day. Still, this was the first hospital that made me feel this bad. Even in the consultation room I kept waiting, and after the consultation ended they said they would check the surgery schedule and made me wait again for a long time;; And then the coordinator, for some reason, said the line was
