Eye Surgery Considerations

Please tell me whether I should have tip surgery

After going to several consultations, they all said I have a bridge, no dorsal hump, and no major flaws. "It's just short" + "The tip droops a little." So at every place, they said there was no need to put in an implant, and that doing only the tip, lowering the columella, and making it look a bit longer would be enough. However, because it's not about adding a bridge or an implant, there won't be a huge change. (If an implant is added, it would actually look too obvious and weird.) But because the nose is short, if I have surgery, it should look a bit longer than before, and the overall facial proportions should also be improved. Honestly, the hospitals only differ in price or materials? The surgical direction is basically the same (septum/ear cartilage/autologous costal cartilage, etc.) For now, I ruled out the big hospitals and am only considering solo-practice clinics, and naturalness is absolutely the top priority
